Here is a film that we made at the beginning of lockdown as a collaboration with the children who provided the illustrations. Thank you to the professional actors and storytellers who voiced it. We hope it still resonates as a way to sit with our uncertainty. The family in the story is not meant as one single family as all families are different. The family in the story is a representation of humanity. We are all different, we are all fearful, we all need to feel safe and loved. We all need to continue to be seen and this has been in the forefront of our minds during the events of recent weeks. We recognise that that is not currently the experience of all members of society and we are all responsible for doing the work necessary to address this. Vital Spark are educating ourselves and will continue to do so as we aim to improve our diversity and accessibility.
