Whether you’re a therapist, teacher, parent or not… the transition from summer to September can feel like a lot.

Using my research on the therapeutic use of dens as inspiration, this interactive workshop is an opportunity to explore our own needs, find balance between movement and stillness and cross a threshold of connection to self and others.
